Our stay at Apartamenty Comfort & Spa was absolutely fantastic. We stayed for a week and couldn't have been happier. The apartment was new, spacious, and had a luxury feel to it. The fully equipped kitchen with a big dining table was perfect for our family. Having two toilets and two bedrooms was a great convenience. The presence of a dishwasher and washing machine made our stay even more comfortable. The garage parking was a huge plus. We loved the free entrance to the kids play corner, small pool, and the Finnish sauna and steam sauna. The huge terrace/balcony added to the overall charm of the apartment. it was a great accommodation option for families or individuals who value privacy and self-service.

I had a good stay, with location close enough to all the resorts for a cheap taxi. The staff was really helpful and affable, helped me a lot. It had a particularly good setting really close to shops, restaurant and center and Zakopane. I truly enjoyed this place; recommend.

Clean and new rooms, large bathroom with nice balcony. Convenient location, 5-10 min walk from station and town center. Well-equipped kitchen, even had salt and black pepper. Spacious apartment for 6 people, with 3 TVs and bluetooth speaker. Early check-in allowed, wished we could have stayed longer.

The apartment was in a great location, close to key attractions and easily accessible. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome during our stay. We also enjoyed the heated floor, which added an extra level of comfort.

There were some negative aspects to our experience. The apartment lacked attention to detail, with half of the lights not working and a loose bathroom handle.

We had an exceptional stay in Zakopane, just next door to the center, public transport, and Krupowki. The location was absolutely perfect and the staff were very amiable. We loved the host, and the design of the apartment was nice.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train/bus station. the early check-in option was a great convenience. the apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with kitchen utensils. the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large and clean. There were also nice amenities such as a balcony, heaters, and multiple TVs. a great choice for a budget traveller.

I had a fantastic stay at a very nice apartment with everything I needed. the apartment was spacious, fully furnished, and immaculately clean. It even had a small swimming pool and indoor playground, perfect for my children. the location was also great, as it was within walking distance of both the city center and the train station.

It was a comfortable and convenient stay. Cons: I didn't dislike anything about the property.

The underground parking was convenient and ensured the safety of our vehicle. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment.

During our stay, we experienced a minor issue with the Wi-Fi, but it was quickly resolved within minutes. Additionally, we appreciated the extra effort of the staff to allow us to check-in early, making our arrival more comfortable.

The apartment at Apartamenty Comfort & Spa Stara Polana was clean, bright, and spacious. We had everything we needed, from a hair dryer to a dishwasher. The swimming pool was a hit with my 8-year-old daughter, and the soft play area kept my 2-year-old entertained. The location was convenient, and there was a great restaurant just opposite the apartment. I highly recommend this accommodation.
